Welcome to The Sudbury Line
The Sudbury Branch Line is an 11¾ mile railway line which runs from the Great Eastern Mainline at Marks Tey (Near Colchester) to the Town of Sudbury.
This site is not connected to any rail organisation and covers all apects of the line, with the main focus being from March 1967, from when the line west of Sudbury was closed, to the current day as well as all relevant news.
