Sudbury Station is located at the end of Station Road, located behind the Kingfisher Swimming Pool and the Roy's Store.
A short walk from the town and bus station and easy distance of the meadows, river and Waitrose Supermarket.

Sudbury is the end of the line with a single platform which is fully accessible for wheelchair users.
There is a screen showing rail time train arrival and departure information, as well as a help point which is connected to NXEA's Control Room.

At the national ACoRP Community Rail Awards in Plymouth on 19th September 2008 - Sudbury station won the best station garden award. A project funded by Sudbury in Bloom, the ESSCRP and NXEA, the gardens are voluntarily maintained by volunteers.

Rail Replacement Bus Information
In the event of Rail Replacement Buses operating in place of the train (see planned engineering work) the replacement bus will depart from the front of the station.
Please see publicity at the station in the poster frames or information screen regarding time as buses may leave earlier than the train to maintain connections at Marks Tey. Any queries or complaints regarding replacement bus services should be directed towards National Express East Anglia.
